Meatballs February 11, 2010
The only round food!
Meatballs
1lb ground Beef – Chuck
Salt
Pepper
Garlic Powder
1 cup Italian Bread Crumbs
½ Cup of Parmesan Cheese
3 eggs
1 cup half & half
Mix all ingredients in a large mixing bowl, using your hands until well incorporated. The mixture should be very loose, if not, add more half & half.
Boil water in a large pot. Form balls in your hand to your preference and gently drop them in the boiling water. In about 15 minutes they will all rise to the top at that point cook for another 5 minutes. Remove carefully with a slotted spoon. Place on paper towels to drain. Serve with your favorite sauce.
