It’s all about the Tomato!
10 Minute Red Sauce Recipe
extra virgin Olive Oil
6 cloves garlic, chopped
1 35 oz can of whole San Marzano Tomatoes
1 cup of chopped fresh Basil
1 tablespoon of Salt
In a large sauté pan over medium heat, put enough olive oil to cover bottom - about 1/2 cup. Add garlic and sauté until light brown. Add tomatoes and salt, while cooking use a fork to break apart the tomatoes. Add basil and let simmer for 5 minutes serve over your choice of al dente pasta.
